There are two different e-invitations which could include your product or company information to invite your important clients to visit your booth.
To personalize your e-invitation, simply follow the steps below:
- Key in your Login Name and Password
- Select your preferred design of the 2 e-invitations cards offered on the web
- Type in relevant information to be included in the invitation
- Upload one product photo and your company logo by attaching file in either jpeg or png format.
- Select "Preview" to view your personalized invitation
- Select "Back" to edit your message or select "Confirm & Send" if there are no further changes to be made.
- Upon selecting "Confirm & Send", your personalized invitation will be sent to your designated email address. You can simply forward it to all your clients in your address book.
- The design could also be adapted and send in mass broadcast. Please forward the invitation to your IT consultant for further assistance.
- You can login in anytime before the exhibition to select a different template and make necessary changes to the contents. Please note that only the latest update will be saved and all previous information will be erased.
